Attention Grand Isles residents:
Tomorrow (Monday) morning starting at 10 AM, roadwork will take place on the western side of the community by the back gate to repair a bump in the road caused by boring.
What to expect tomorrow:
- Back gate access will be limited as follows:
- Carmel residents can use the back gate to go directly in and out of Carmel only. Carmel residents will not have access to drive through the community (e.g., from Carmel to the Clubhouse or the main gate) until the roadwork is completed in the afternoon.
- All other residents must use the main gate for all entry and exit to/from Grand Isles until the roadwork is completed.
- One side of the road will be blocked off at a time.
- During this time, other than Carmel residents, it’s best to use the front gate to minimize disruption to the work and improve traffic flow.
- Work is tentatively expected to be completed by 3–4 PM.
