OUR NEIGHBORHOOD

Grand Isles is a 611 single-family home gated community located one and one-half miles west of the intersection of State Road 7 and Lake Worth Road. Grand Isles is located in beautiful Wellington, Florida, a Money Magazine “Top 100” Best Places to Live in 2010 and 2016.

This elaborate trail system provides residents the opportunity for recreation, exercise, and transportation throughout the community. Wellington’s equestrian trails are designed for multiple uses, including hiking, biking, running, and equestrian activities.

Schools and Places of Worship

The children of Grand Isles residents attend top-rated Panther Run Elementary School, Polo Park Middle School, and Palm Beach Central High School. Panther Run and Polo Park Middle are both within walking/bike riding distances.

Nearby universities and colleges include Florida Atlantic University, Keiser University, Palm Beach Atlantic University, and Palm Beach State College.

Places of worship are conveniently located within walking distance to the east and to the west.

Shopping

The Mall at Wellington Green is ten minutes away and boasts over a million square feet of retail shopping including Dillard’s, Macy’s, JC Penney, and more than 170 specialty shops, and a wide variety of restaurants.

Food shopping is a breeze with Publix, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s nearby.

Wellington boasts over nine shopping districts: The Mall at Wellington Green, Old Wellington Mall, Southshore Plaza, Woods Walk Plaza, Wellington Town Square, Courtyard Shops at Wellington, Pointe at Wellington Green, Wellington Green Commons, and Marketplace at Wycliffe.

Getting Around

Located on Lake Worth Road west of State Road 7, Grand Isles is just over three miles from the Florida Turnpike and just over one mile from State Road 7. State Road 80 (Southern Boulevard), a major east/west artery, is minutes away.

We are 26 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport, 23 minutes from the Lake Worth Tri-Rail Station, and 30 minutes from the West Palm Beach Brightline Station with travel from Miami to West Palm Beach in an hour with Fort Lauderdale in between–and their Phase Two expansion to Orlando.

Grand Isles is located within two miles of Palm Beach County Fire Rescue Stations 27 and 30.
