The April edition of The Colonnade at Grand Isles is here!
Grand Isles is entering a new chapter.
Across the community, that shift is becoming visible through improvements taking shape, new ideas being introduced, and a more modern, connected, and responsive way of operating.
The April edition of The Colonnade captures this moment.
What’s happening now:
- A community-wide vote is underway to simplify how decisions are made making it easier to align our governing documents with how families live today
- A new front entrance landscaping design is taking shape, marking the beginning of a broader transformation still to come
- Active improvements are moving forward across roads, landscaping, and shared spaces
- A new Community Pulse survey is now open, creating a real-time, ongoing feedback loop with the Board and property management team
A key moment for the community
Inside this issue, you’ll see both the progress already underway and where we’re headed next:
- A message from the Board President on the future direction of the community and how we are working to realign Grand Isles with how families live today through thoughtful modernization
- Key updates across projects, timelines, and upcoming decisions
- Learn how you can help reach the required vote so we can avoid door-to-door collection and ensure every homeowner is counted
- A closer look at how our community identity is taking shape
- New features, new voices, and new ways to participate across Grand Isles
We also want to recognize Doreen Levy, who has served on the Board as Vice President, President, and most recently Secretary, for more than seven years of service to our community. Her steady leadership helped lay important groundwork for much of what is now moving forward.
This is more than a series of updates. It reflects a broader shift in how Grand Isles moves forward as a community.
And it works best when everyone is part of it.
With appreciation,
Grand Isles HOA Board of Directors
