At our most recent ACC meeting held on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, Grand Isles HOA President Doug Stark (right) presented long time resident Ray Brooks (left) a Certificate of Appreciation for serving well over 10 years in a leadership role in this community’s Architectural Control Committee.

Volunteerism is the lifeblood of our community. Without individuals like Ray Brooks volunteering their time, this community could not function properly.
