Beginning January 1, 2025, our community will be managed by GRS Community Management.
- For accounts set up through Truist ACH debit: Please cancel your Truist ACH using the attached form.
- If you pay using coupon books: New coupon books from GRS will be mailed around the third week of January.
- If you manually send in your payments electronically: Do not submit your January payment at this time.
Your January payment will now be due on February 1, 2025, and your February payment will also be due on February 1, 2025, as previously discussed.
